Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

We will continue to educate our community and work to upgrade our animal shelter for the safety and comfort of our animals during there time there. Have partnered with a local business to support a continued low cost spay/neuter program for our local community and the surrounding small communities. Plans to hopefully provide funds to cover basic vaccinations for pets at the California City Animal Shelter.

We will continue to work with businesses and foundation to help us spay/neuter and help to vaccinate shelter pets

We have dedicated board members and volunteers for making our city better for education, spay/neuter programs and through grant writing and fundraising

We have upgraded the drop off kennels to keep animals safe until they are housed inside. We have paid for rescue animals to be boarded before flying to out of state rescues. We completed our medical isolation unit with the help of Basic Needs Foundation to isolate sick animals and/or animals with contagious diseases until treatment is completed. Two new cat kennels were procured for the cat area. Sight partitions were put up between all dog kennels to reduce kennel fighting. Cat room ceiling and lighting was completely replaced.
