Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

October 1, 2021 - September 3, 2022

*Finances - Hope Restored will create a comprehensive and sustainable fundraising plan that generates regular and differing streams of revenue leveraging community resources while solidifying the financial structure of the organization by establishing written policies & procedures.

*Programs - Hope Restored will establish and maintain regular programming for women & children in the community, including support groups, crisis counseling & referral services, prevention & advocacy programming for the community.

*Administration - Hope Restored will have a physical location that offers programming services involving domestic violence/abuse to the community. This location will have regular hours of service, a space for partner NPOs (donated rental fee) if needed and will be used to establish the organization as the expert in community.

*Marketing & Technology - Hope Restored will create a comprehensive and sustainable marketing plan that will utilize social media & technology, outreach & networking with community organizations to promote the organization, educate & advocate its mission & provide services to the community.

Hope Restored used Agile methodologies to define & create a 3 year strategic plan.

This plan was organized into four pillars of the organization; Finances, Programs, Administration and Marketing & Technology as described above with specific goals for each fiscal year.

Our strategy is to use scrum techniques to break down the specific goals into smaller increments and utilize a hybrid Kanban board to manage each increment through a process until complete.

We have quarterly reviews to ensure that all are on track to completion & prioritizing as needed.
