Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Thrive Youth Center, Inc.
Thrive is an affirming, LGBTQ-positive environment where residents experience support and belonging as they take steps to exit homelessness. This begins with the basic necessities of food, shelter, ID recovery, and access to services addressing mental, emotional, and physical health.
Each Thrive resident receives strengths-based support from program staff, including an individualized case management plan that meets the resident’s specific needs and goals. The program utilizes tested approaches and best practices to provide residents with the tools necessary to break the cycle of homelessness and succeed in the workforce as LGBTQ individuals.
