Truckers Christmas Group

The Truckers Christmas Group was started by a small group in the CDLofIT Forums. It was hosted by CDLof IT, Let's Truck, and then by Trucker Charity for many years. When Trucker Charity decided they needed to focus on their original mission they called several of the Truckers Christmas Group members to see if they would be interested in getting our own authority, so to speak. We formed a Kansas Not for Profit Corporation in 2014, acquired 501(c)(3) status in February of 2015.

Goals & Strategy

Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Our solution is to build relationships through the trucking industry and associated friends, neighbors, and family.

We are reaching out via social media, building relationships with larger social media contributors.
We are building relationships with industry-related print media and radio media.
We are also reaching out to build up our tool chest of volunteers.

We have added a Public Relations Director who has some experience in building these relationships.

in 2019 we almost doubled both our nominations and donations.
