  • What significant change resulted from feedback?

One of our Coaches brought to use a concern about the deuteriation of hierarchy during our practices and a feeling of a lack of support. They also pointed out that we had lost some coaches to other organizations in the area who did not charge coaches for their children to train with the group. The board decided that the coaches will not have to pay the registration fee for their children to train with our organization. We have a coach who has willing stepped up to be head coach and has set a hierarchy among divisions of how to best handle disputes before involving him or the board.

  • With whom is the organization sharing feedback?
