Provide strategic planning for program development and operation and provide ongoing funding to purchase syringe exchange and Naloxone supplies to serve Opioid dependent intravenous drug users to prevent the transmission of blood borne disease, i.e, HIV, Hepatitis C,
Hepatitis B and reverse overdoses.
Mobile Harm Reduction vehicle to distribute clean syringes supplies and naloxone to intravenous drug users in Maine; to provide hepatitis c and HIV testing and treatment referral; to provide addiction treatment screening and referral.
