Funding Immunotherapy Research
The Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation is dedicated to changing the future of cancer by funding advanced, innovative research that treats the cancer while sparing the patient. Our funding focuses on delivering impact in the areas of Cancer Research and Cancer Care Grants. Your giving is personal and it funds research that supports National Cancer Institute-accredited institutions and cancer charities with our Cancer Care Grants in various cities across the United States.
CANCER RESEARCH GRANTS
CARES collaborates with The V Foundation to partner with scientists who have pioneered techniques, treatment and breakthroughs in cancer research. These research grants focus on immunotherapy treatment for many types of cancer and start at $200,000 with some grants being multi-year commitments.
CANCER CARE GRANTS
CARES provides funding for institutions and healthcare entities to impact provider education, cancer research and cancer patient support services. A portion of funds raised from select events provides funding in local communities. These cancer care grants are gifted in amounts under $200,000, with some being multi-year commitments.
