    We serve the marginalized and underserved population of Lusaka, Zambia. These people fall into the categories of impoverished, widowed, unemployed, and orphaned, women, men, and youth in Zambia.

    We keep a pulse on how much each artisan makes per item they create. Recently our members responded that they believed they should be making more per every apron they sew. So we listened and increased their pay due to the intricacy and skill set needed for this item in particular.

    Our organization has always been centered on the people we serve. We understand that if we do not understand their immediate needs, then we are not serving the purpose of our organization. Asking for feedback from our people gives them the power to determine how they need the help and the confidence to know that when they have a need it will be met.
