Love Sami Organization Inc
Helping Suicide Survivors Heal
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
We want to be able to help people that have lost someone to suicide. We want to let them know that it is okay to live and smile again. We do not want them to be suicidal. We want to stop the stigma of suicide. We want to educate people about the signs and risks of someone contemplating suicide and how they can help. We want to be able to educate the public about suicide. We want to raise awareness that Veterans need help, that we need to stop the 22 suicides every day the veterans currently commit. We work with the top highest groups of individuals that face risk of suicide: veterans, police officers, firefighters and LGBT.

Goals & Strategy

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We want to bring healing experiences and programs to people that participate in our programs. We want them to know that life is worth living. That all things pass and that there are things that they can do to learn to enjoy life and live life to the fullest. We want them to know that they are not alone that we care and we can put them on a path to healing.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our strategies include providing FREE therapeutic healing programs involving animal interactions and ocean programs. We also spend time speaking with people on a one on one basis, speaking to them about our own personal experiences of losing loved ones to suicide and attempts of suicide so that they can learn from our heartbreaks and trials and tribulations and do not have to suffer like we did.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have several facilities and business programs that allow us to take participants on these programs at low and reduced costs, in some cases no fees at all.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have educated over 50,000 people at numerous events, we have been out doing public education programs in our community. We have held community outreach events at our home letting people know in our community that we are available as a resource. We have helped numerous people in healing treatments and programs, all have been very deeply grateful and told us that we have made a difference.
