Notes from the nonprofit

The "things" that unite us, are more important than the "things" that divide us. We are all human, we glorious, we have no time for big squabbles, we're too busy with time well spent...

What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

Since 2014, this organization has behind the scenes funding other peoples needs, educations, the arts, anonymous benefactors. As of this year we have our 501 c 3 status, we have outgrown our current address. The programs, we have in place have no privacy and do not give our donors the "wow" factor they are looking for and lenders do not give loans over $100.000 for non profits, especially ones where the CEO has never taken a paycheck. We have stood up, and out, shown up for our sister non profits (whose budgets are also thin). When you are pulling from the same pie, we always wind up giving up our share. We'd rather have many marshmallows later. To give up what little I have to take this full time needs me to do what I haven't been able to do. We lost two of our main contributors this year. With the holidays coming, we need more than just Christmas spirit, we need more than hope, we need a miracle.

Goals & Strategy

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Our major capital goal this year is to purchase a place large enough to maximize the programs, we already have in place. We have many partnerships that love what we do. However, a place were we can work with our clients, and with two deep leadership would come to fruition. To teach someone who feels no value in themselves or other humankind: build on skills they were never taught, in a tough world is...challenging. Having small goals, build on safe guarded strategies, we see our clients flourish. We chose this area, for the diverse culture, accessible to the arts, employment, and opportunities to achieve more than what their world and labels define them as.

Our main strategy is once we have an adequate facility, three/four of our partnership businesses will come with us to our clients. Our clients will not have to find transportation, wait for a bus, or wait for me to take them. Once they are in the door, they will have everything they need to succeed with the attitude to take their skills as far as they can. Once they established themselves in their career, they are to come back and share with what they have learned with the new clients, and pay the kindness forward. A family in a sense.

We continue to build partnerships with local businesses, and our sister non-profits to get the most out of our slice of occasional pie. Building on our clients abilities and successes is our number one priority.

Our clients are taught, no one can steal from you what is freely given. Your skills, grace, time, and be present. We have done some pretty out of the box things. Bring a young expecting mothers to a Grandmother's house. Young people the opportunity to meet artisans at their craft. Seniors and veterans fostering animals, Our DIY team who make everything look flawless. We have time on our side, we WILL achieve a larger place, (We have a place in mind), we WILL help more people. The only capabilities we don't have is to give up on each other or quit. We RISE.

We received our 501 (c) (3) status, we are compliant with all governmental agencies, we are awaiting Facebook to approve us for GIVING TUESDAY. I will continue to stand like a pigeon waiting for cake outside offices and people dodging my calls while I look right at them, to get someone to lend us a hand for a larger facility. We WILL make communities a better place for all, as they will be required to take part in the care of it. Many hands WILL make light work, we don't just talk about it, we make our time short time here on Earth well spent. We will continue to create perpetual human unity on a global scale. We will see education move beyond a classroom, teach people to think outside the box. Create beauty in our world, preserve what we have, and share with those who dare to dream with their eyes wide open.
