What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Track Day experience
Giving Veterans a chance to experience a real race car, on a real race track. We provide "hot laps" (driving at speeds close to the limits of the car, nearly identical to the pace of a race lap). The day consists of morning classroom orientation and introductions, followed by hot laps on track, a catered lunch, and end of the day classroom and feedback sessions.
Veterans CDL course
Our program is designed to help Veterans obtain their Commercial Drivers License. This program will help Veterans to obtain the license, and assist with job placement at some of the industries leading employers.
Autocross Track Program
Veterans are invited to drive a specially prepped vehicle on an autocross track. The coned course offers reduced speeds for safety, while teaching our participants how to race and enjoy being part of a team work oriented environment once again.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We aim to create unique opportunities for disabled Veterans by giving them a trackday experience in an actual race car, and creating a race car with adaptive driving controls to give them a chance to compete in amateur racing events. An all-Veteran race team will be our ultimate goal, competing in as many events as possible, and hoping to see a graduate of our program move on to professional racing.
Additional impacts we are looking to make are reductions in stress due to PTSD and/or physical injuries to Veterans. By taking them out of their day-to-day situations, we intend to provide a new and exciting social experience that will get them to interact with fellow Veterans and recover some of the camaraderie that can be lost.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Obtain grants and funding, form a relationship with participating race tracks and race leagues, put our Veterans into racing situations, and campaign to get them a place in professional racing, if they desire. Form a working relationship with Veteran assistance programs (Wounded Warrior, Fisher House, VA programs, etc.) and get Veteran referrals to our program.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Through communications with various Veterans Assistance Organizations, and donations of track time from local high performance driving schools, we are able to bring Veterans to a race track for the day.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
To date, we have established excellent working relationships with people and organizations within the automotive and racing industries. South Shore BMW in Rockland, MA has donated services to our cause (technical and mechanical help for our first track car), and we have negotiated with APEX Driving Events to allow Veterans to get ride along experiences at various tracks in the northeast, at no cost to our organization, nor to the Veterans. We hosted one event in 2015 which brought four Veterans to the race track for the day.
In 2016, we were the recipients of a fundraiser hosted by BMW of North America. This was our only fundraiser, which brought $2,500.00 to the mission. Private donations totaled $3,680.00 for 2016. In 2015 we served four Veterans at our events. In 2016, we proudly served 41 Veterans at our various track days.
Two additional tracks have offered to give us a total of four donated Veterans track day events in 2016. Palmer Motorsports Park and Thompson Speedway will host private track days for our Veterans. We have teamed up with Guardian Angel Motorsports, who have volunteered to bring out their incredible line up of cars and drivers to our events.
