We are committed to fostering continued relationships between Nazareth School, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia students and alumni and to the advancement of girls education in developing countries. We invest in improving access to quality education for girls facing adversity to empower themselves and their community.

What we aim to solve

•To create opportunities for girls in developing countries to receive a quality education and tools they will need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. This will be accomplished in working in partnership with Nazareth School Addis, Ababa, Ethiopia to provide needed classroom spaces, teaching and learning materials such as books, computers, science, and art equipment's.

Educate Advance Quality of Education

We work with schools in developing countries to improve the learning experience for girls.

We have an established partnership with Nazareth School, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, an all-girls school. We have developed a comprehensive program to improve the quality of girls’ education at Nazareth School, Addis Ababa Ethiopia, through supporting their education system. Our plan includes collaboration with Nazareth School teachers and leadership to identify current needs and conduct targeted fundraising activities.

We support girls in targeted communities to pursue their education. We provide funds to help vulnerable girls stay in school, receive a high school diploma, and obtain additional training. Donated funds will be used for educational expenses including tuition, books, supplies, clothing, shoes, transportation and other educational related expenses for girls with financial needs.
We may work or partner with local and international organizations with similar missions to identify girls with financial need as well as academic merit who could benefit from these funds.

Nazareth School Alumni Association (NSAA) believes in the power of arts and music. NSAA is committed to finding resources to support and strengthen arts and music classes and programs at Nazareth school. Through NSAA support, teachers will have the necessary resources to incorporate art and music into core classes as learning tools as well as offering targeted arts and music classes to students.

In this day and age of technology is in every part of our lives. Technology connects us to the world and access to technology can determine how successful we will be in professional and social aspects of our lives. Computers are no longer a luxury but necessary tools for augmenting and providing an up to date learning environment. The benefits of integrating computers in schools are endless and include: preparing students for various career paths; enhancing learning through better access to information; and creating more responsible and engaged learners. Nazareth School Alumni Association is committed to supporting and raising funds to build an adequate amount of computer labs for Nazareth School students.

Foster communication among former students of Nazareth School with a view of promoting sisterhood of support, mentorship, networking, and educational excellence.

*Advance the quality of education and the teaching-learning experience in developing countries through creating partnerships with schools in order to provide classroom space, up-to-date educational materials including books, music, and computer equipment.

*Provide sponsorship and scholarship opportunities to increase the number of girls who attend Nazareth secondary school and higher education.

*Create a platform for young girls and women to gather, share experiences, interact and think creatively to empower and motivate each other.

The organization leaders partner with principals and directors of schools in developing countries to effectively evaluate, plan and execute the organization's mission.
The organization leaders develop the fundraising strategies and plans for executing revenue generating activities on an ongoing basis.
The board members review activities of the organizations on a quarterly bases to ensure congruency with long term plan for sustaining financial health.
The organization maintains strong communication strategies for potential donors and its community through the use of a professional website, online presence and social media such as Facebook to raise awareness and attract attention and resources to the organization.
The organization uses technology to track the statistics of website visits and actions.
The organization leaders continually strive to connect with other stakeholders and organizations to help advance the mission of the organization. This is done through providing presentations about the organization during events, outreach to other like organizations and grant providers.

The organization is dedicated to improving girls education in developing countries. The organization leadership monitors progress towards the mission. The accomplishments are highlighted below.
Traveled to Addis Abeba Ethiopia to create a partnership with and conduct a needs assessment for Nazareth School students and teachers.
Tailored organizations program goals based on the outcomes of the needs assessment of the school.
Worked to promote reading and girls education through the donation of library books to the school
Donated first aid kits to the school to ensure teachers and school nurses have basic supplies to care for student injuries and needs.
Assisted the school in receiving donations for student tuition payment scholarships.
Future goals include:
Organizing the sponsor a classroom program where donations will go towards supporting classroom needs including materials and equipment.
Fundraising efforts for providing computers and software in order to the school to teach computer courses and other web-based courses
Fundraising efforts to upgrade lab equipment in schools to promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) efforts.
Strengthen the mentorship program where high school girls from developing countries can connect with successful professionals for personal and career guidance.
