What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Stage for Change

The Stage for Change Initiative is a college campus program that immerses students, faculty and staff in the creation of a strategic campaign to utilize counter-narratives, theatre, dialogue and activism as ways to build a more inclusive and equitable community.

Population(s) Served

The goal of this program is to advance Young People of Color by guiding them to take ownership of their story and to activate them to use their counter-narratives toward building a more equitable, just, and inclusive community. We will equip them to challenge the mainstream harmful narratives with their counter-narratives in creative and impactful ways.
