Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

ReGroup Foundation aims to create a smoother transition for our service members into civilian life by giving them the place, time, and training they need to be successful.
By accomplishing our goal, we are decreasing if not eliminating veteran homelessness and suicides.

Our strategies take service members in as they exit military service before they encounter any hardships.
Once onsite they complete a 3 phase 18 month program. Phase 1 - Decompression - they get settled in, complete evaluations (financial, physical, and mental), start exploring options (work vs school), create their transition team, explore therapeutic modalities and go on trips offered by other VSOs.
Phase 2 - Development - they work with their transition team, they work with mentors and tutors, they start applying to schools and for jobs. They get certifications they are interested in.
Phase 3 - Deployment - they start school/work but have the comfort and support of their former peers to return to each evening. They get engaged with a non profit or find a mission they can contribute to so they have purpose as a civilian.

Our first property is under construction in New Braunfels, TX.
We have assembled a strong team of professionals in a variety of industries as advisors, volunteers, board members, mentors, and employers for our veterans.
We have collaborative relationships with other veteran focused non profits to best serve the veterans living on our ranches.
Even while ReGroup Ranch #1 is under construction, we have served over 200 hundred veterans with their transition with counseling, mentoring, and job placement.
We host frequent workdays and socials at the Ranch for veterans to connect with each other as well as with businesses that sponsor the events and hire veterans.
Our transition teams work with veterans in our program on a weekly basis via phone calls and meetings.

We have accomplished building a strong board.
We have accomplished acquiring a property to start our proof of concept ranch on.
We have helped over 200 hundred veterans across the country.

Board Development is ongoing.
We have not received any federal or state funding or grants.
