Charting impact

Five powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?

Phase I from the Wisconsin River to the Sauk Prairie Recreation Area was completed in 2017. Phase II will be completed in 2018 as long as the Friends of the Great Sauk State Trail reaches its fundraising goals.

We are asking for everyone's help to raise the necessary funds to build the Great Sauk State Trail -- a trail the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources anticipates will become the state's most-traveled state trail.

We will meet this goal because of the generous and enthusiastic support of the people and business of Sauk County.

We continue to track and report donations raised, the plans for construction, and the work completed.

Phase I is done -- let's build to Devil's Lake State Park next!
