It's our mission to bring Veterans to higher point of life functioning over time through: Means Tested Advocacy for all veterans reintegrating into civilian life Removal of barriers to affordable healthcare, housing, & employment Removal of mobility barriers due to disability, infirmity, or poverty Removal of geographic health disparity due to mobility barriers Removal of judicial barriers to employment, including applications for judicial pardon hearings, and applications for criminal record erasure Submission of best practices to peer reviewed journals, building on known veteran to civilian reintegration models, while injecting positive change mechanisms. Creating a state of complete mental, physical, and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease.

VetFuel understands that the world does not exist in nice neat little boxes and our board is very indicative of that. We have academics, nurses, assistant directors from other agencies. and sanitation inspectors. Some of our board members are squeaky clean with spotless histories and others would be the first person you'd run to if there was "active shooter" situation or needed to survive in the woods for 30 days with nothing but a rucksack and a hunting knife. We know world is made up of all kinds of people that are simply forging a path for themselves the best way they know how. We're not trying to get in the way of that path--it is there's to choose. But. We are trying to make it a little easier for them to travel it, regardless of where they come from, or path they have chosen in life. VetFuel doesn't allow pedophiles, rapists, or any other veteran that has acted in violation of the sacred or public trust on the board. All board members are per-screened for felonies. Semper Fi.
