What we aim to solve
At Peter Zippi Memorial Fund, we aim to help in solving the issues of pet overpopulation and homelessness in Los Angeles County.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Spay-Neuter Assistance
Peter Zippi Memorial Fund has contracts with 7 Southern California veterinary clinics to provide financial assistance in the form of a voucher for spay-neuter surgeries of companion animals and the local community cat population. Working with local and mobile Veterinary clinics we also sponsor free spay-neuter days.
Cat Rescue
Peter Zippi Memorial Fund Inc offers shelter, medical treatment, and re-homing primarily for shelter animals, and as possible for the abandoned and homeless cats and kittens in the community.

We always say that going out of business would equal success because all cats and kittens have loving homes. Our numbers decresed in 2023 due to length of stay, not because there aren't cats in need.

We rescue and, in many cases, rehabilitate cats and kittens. We provide compassionate care and facilitate responsible adoptions.
