What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Photography Program

We photograph people facing a terminal diagnosis to celebrate life and preserve memories together with their families and those they love. In addition to the professional portrait sessions, we give them a beautifully designed photo album, which also serves as a tool to support them in grief, and bring them joy in the future. All of this is at no cost to the families we serve. Throughout their journey through loss and grief, we follow up with the families to connect with them, provide resources where we are able, and continue a meaningful relationship.

Families

When times are tough, it can be challenging to know what to do. Fear can keep us from action, but we know that showing up truly makes a difference, which is why we've created tools and resources to help you show up for the people you love when they are going through a tough time. We have empathy cards, gift-a-session certificates, and other printed tools as well as a digital tool, www.HowCanILoveYouBetter.com that can help give you the words or the action needed to show up and be there when it matters most.

Population(s) Served
Adults
Caregivers

As Ashley started speaking at workshops, conferences, and company events, she realized that there was a trend of people asking what they can do to support people at work. She also noticed that many families we were serving facing a terminal diagnosis were scared of losing their jobs as a result of their situation and some even faced stress and abuse at their office. Our corporate care program exists to bring grief and empathy training to the workplace to help leaders create inclusive cultures around grief, loss, and suffering. When a company has an employee going through a tough time, it's an opportunity to help, and if done well, it can result in a loyal, productive, "super-employee" that is invaluable in the long-term.

For every training purchased, one is given to organizations working on the front lines.
