THE PROBLEM Many of today’s 18-40 year olds, known as the “digital generation”, are searching aimlessly online for spiritual answers and truth. Many in this digital generation are missing relationships and mentoring which are crucial for their faith walk and they are easily led astray. LOST 75.4+ million millennials in the U.S.—the digital generation— many of whom have no religious affiliation. DISENGAGED 80% of youth who were once spiritually engaged leave the church by the age of 29 and become isolated from the Christian community. SEARCHING 23.3 million Christian and non-Christian millennials, in the U.S. alone, are regular viewers of online videos pertaining to faith. Although there are a few ministries that address parts of this problem, many are insufficient. There simply are not enough skilled leaders in this age range, and many more are needed.

Online Discipleship Prayer Program Helping Millennials To Find Their Purpose In The Workplace

PRODUCT CREATION. Build out over a 4 month period.
Create visually stimulating, well produced, easy to follow tools for prayer life. Make user friendly video programs for smart phones, iPads, and computers. Educate effectively through building easy to follow curriculum. Build powerful tools to engage and mentor millennials in their prayer lives.

SALES & MARKETING. Complete process over a 2-3 month period. Communicate to the mass market the availability and power of prayer life tools. Drive traffic and leads to our products. Communicate that we are relevant, interesting, credible, popular, and that we meet our target audienceʼs needs.

CONTENT CREATION. Sustain, refine and improve product content. Continue up to date engagement online. Adjust products to the changing needs and desires of the target audience. Improve content to better reach target audiences. Provide engaging well-produced videos that are worthy of sharing and going viral across various social media platforms. Drive new traffic to sales funnel. Keep existing and new followers engaged through continual mentoring through our weekly content posts.

OUR APPROACH TO SOLVING THE PROBLEM
Our online programs are designed to engage and mentor this unique demographic into spiritual maturity through the way they learn today. As a result, we see changed lives and a willingness to re-engage with the church in a deeper and more meaningful way so that these young people can live out their God-given purpose. These relationships help fulfill the great commission and are the future of the church.

Michael Colton has spent the last three years pursuing his calling for determining the most effective methodologies for connecting the digital generation to the Christian community. The result is a proven strategy and process that creates extraordinary results.

PROVIDE SPIRITUAL CONNECTION THROUGH MENTORING
Our prayer mentoring program will help millennials find their passion, purpose, and path in the workplace through building an effective prayer life. But to be user friendly for smart phones, iPads, and computers. Educate effectively through building easy to follow curriculum. Weekly teaching videos sent out by email and uploaded to our YouTube channel.

Church finder software enables believers to integrate into a local church community. Furthering their walk, they develop the call of God for their lives, practice what they have learned from our programs, and live out their God-given destinies.

We have already been evangelizing and discipling 25,000+ millennials around the world that have fallen away from the church, or gave their life to Christ through our ministry. For many years we have been mentoring them on how to build an effective prayer life through our radio programs, events, coaching, resources, daily social media posts, and more.

But our 25,000+ global millennial following has been asking us to go give them more than the daily posts and other resources we have available. They want us to give them an online video based mentoring program that covers what they need to know from A-Z on how to build an effective prayer life to find their passion, purpose, and path in the workplace. So we want to give them what they need and make it effective to their learning style so everyone that follows us can have access to it, with all the tools they will need, as well as reach more millennials through our proven targeted marketing efforts.
