Mission

Our mission is to: 1. Provide Lutheran education and nutrition for orphans and other under-served children in Haiti. 2. Identify children with the potential to serve in ministry to be trained by Pastor Rona Abraham. 3. Provide vocational training to prepare and protect children who must leave the orphanage at age 18. 4. Grow Lutheran mission congregations at the schools that can expand into the neighborhoods.

Elementary and Middle School Education

Branch Schools funds three elementary schools and one middle school that provide a Lutheran education to orphans and other children in Haiti.

Our ongoing commitment includes funding for teacher salaries, books, uniforms, and other school supplies, as well as food and drinking water.

The schools have gained an excellent reputation in their communities and are a base for Lutheran neighborhood congregations as they hold weekly church services.
