Supporting Sustainable Development Initiatives Globally
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
We support outstanding ideas, organizations, and events that advance community by working to meet the 17 Sustainable Development Goals that world leaders agreed to for a better world by 2030. These goals have the power to end poverty, fight inequality and stop climate change. We believe that entrepreneurs and start-up non-profits play an important role in meeting the Global Goals, and require unique support and dedicated focuses to assist them in their efforts. Working with both nonprofit and socially conscious for-profit efforts, we provide services that range from producing concerts, galas and events, to serving as fiscal sponsor to startup charities and socially conscious initiatives. We also partner with both established and startup organizations on awareness campaigns and programmatic expansion.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our mission is to advance community through the arts and humanitarian activities that bridge ideas, organizations, and individuals who are passionate about making a better world.
We are focused on helping to make the 17 Sustainable Development Goals popular, and supporting smaller organizations that are in alignment with our mission. We hope to contribute to the world meeting the goals targeted by the UN by the year 2030.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Through business acceleration experiences that we help administer year-round and throughout the country, we help entrepreneurs learn, grow, and thrive, so they are better positioned to give. This is achieved by bringing together world-class speakers and leaders in business with our network of entrepreneurs looking to expand their business in socially conscious ways.
We also assist start-ups and young, growing non-profit organizations founded by community leaders committed to solving global challenges such as eradicating poverty, promoting health and wellness, feeding hungry, sheltering homeless, liberating slaves from sex trafficking, and educating & mentoring underserved youth. We are committed to giving smaller organizations a network of donors, visibility and awareness, training where needed, and startup or expansion funding through our fiscal sponsorships, year-long programming, and fundraising events.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Over the past 25 years, our principals have served hundreds of nonprofits and socially conscious entrepreneurs, and has produced hundreds of events around the country.
We have unique experiences in non-profit fundraising and media production that leverages Hollywood's elite. We are also uniquely experienced in helping younger organizations grow and thrive by leveraging celebrity to put a spotlight on humanitarians working on the front-lines every day.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
SInce 2015, we've sponsored hundreds of campaigns, fundraising galas, and socially conscious business events to help nonprofits and entrepreneurs learn, grow, thrive, and give.
Nonprofits & Socially Conscious Entrepreneurs
Our humanitarian efforts are working with governments, influential individuals, and organizations to support the eradication of poverty, the advancement of health and wellness, the creation of economic sustainability, and the promotion of universal quality education. Many of our Programs and events are developed to support visionary community leaders who founded start-up organizations working to meet the global challenges we face. We've also launched year-long awareness, training, and fundraising campaigns for over two dozen co-beneficiaries of our events that are tackling issues that range from fighting sex trafficking to feeding hungry children.
Program leaders have held training sessions for numerous start-up charities on running a non-profit, discussions with expert guests on marketing/fundraising techniques, and discussions on best practices for implementing their ideas. Programs have garnered over billions of media impressions and tens of millions of social media impressions throughout for our start-up partners, and we helped promote locally produced fundraisers to assist each of them in meeting their own fiscal goals.
We also launched efforts to teach socially conscious business strategies and techniques to entrepreneurs that want to learn, grow, thrive, and give, by partnering with leaders in business and entertainment to produce year-round events throughout the country. Events served as a platform for calls to action in support of IAPF’s overall mission to support humanitarian activities.
Arts, Hearts + Philanthropy Initiative
We co-founded AHP to produce events that feature icons in entertainment and world leaders in business, politics, technology, and philanthropy. Events have raised millions for startups and increased awareness for cases such as climate change, domestic abuse, child hunger, and veteran's issues.
Cast Member Pantry
We fiscally sponsor Cast Member Pantry (CMP) - a nonprofit organization serving Cast Members in Florida and California who have been struck with hardship. CMP provides groceries to Cast Members who have stumbled across some unfortunate times, most recently due to the impacts of COVID-19.
Always In The Club Foundation
We launched AITCF that is inspired by the themes and social impact efforts of The 'All New' Mickey Mouse Club in the 90s. Its our mission is to help those who need it most through projects, programs, and outreach campaigns featuring reunited cast members of the now iconic show. We have focused much of our recent efforts on providing food and critical assistance to families hit hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic.

- We review compensation data across the organization (and by staff levels) to identify disparities by race.
- We ask team members to identify racial disparities in their programs and / or portfolios.
- We analyze disaggregated data and root causes of race disparities that impact the organization's programs, portfolios, and the populations served.
- We disaggregate data to adjust programming goals to keep pace with changing needs of the communities we support.
- We employ non-traditional ways of gathering feedback on programs and trainings, which may include interviews, roundtables, and external reviews with/by community stakeholders.
- We have long-term strategic plans and measurable goals for creating a culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
- We have a promotion process that anticipates and mitigates implicit and explicit biases about people of color serving in leadership positions.
- We seek individuals from various race backgrounds for board and executive director/CEO positions within our organization.
- We have community representation at the board level, either on the board itself or through a community advisory board.
- We help senior leadership understand how to be inclusive leaders with learning approaches that emphasize reflection, iteration, and adaptability.
- We engage everyone, from the board to staff levels of the organization, in race equity work and ensure that individuals understand their roles in creating culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
