What we aim to solve
Better treatment starts with better research and for better research we obviously need more funding. Today, we know that some people with Parkinson’s are able to live well for decades with only minimal impact from their disease. Our research is focused on understanding how these people and their doctors are able to achieve these excellent results until the cure is found. Our goal is to help others apply what we learn to their own unique condition. My step father died of Parkinson's we know once dementia, hallucinations and finally total loss of muscles show up they are gone. I might sound dumb, but I want payback, I am going after Parkinson's Disease in memory of my Father! Help me!! and others like me who want Justice please.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Destiny Medical Fund
Supports ongoing medical projects at 20 hospitals and clinics throughout the Philippines. The Destiny Medical Fund distributes medical supplies and equipment to hospitals and clinics that treat Parkinson's and other degenerative diseases. The regions served are some of the over twenty targeted areas of the World Health Organization to combat various degenerative diseases such as tuberculosis, diabetes, heart disease, parkinson's and various forms of cancer. Some diseases are spreading at epidemic rates. The lack of properly equipped medical facilities and medical supplies further contributes to the ongoing challenge of saving lives - especially the children, elderly, handicapped and those diagnosed terminal.
Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research
The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research is committed to eliminating challenges to finding a cure for Parkinson’s disease. We identify needed research tools with the potential to bolster efforts throughout the field and work with appropriate partners to engineer these tools at a high level of quality. Once we have developed them, we create (or leverage existing) practical distribution channels that remove hurdles to their widespread use by academic and industry researchers

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Researching any way possible from nutrition to the newest medications and herbs and roots to implant surgeries practiced Internationally. In Mexicali B.C. Mexico, I have been staying in contact with the leading Parkinson's disease specialist in Mexicali B.C. (population 4 million) We have been working on a plan for Parkinson's patients who have little to no income, in hopes that Doctor G. will donate free screenings and to keep us informed on any new methodologies that will give us an advantage over Parkinson's for ever.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
First of all becoming Gold and eventually Platinum on GuideStar, So we can be noticed by the social media followers and users, Facebook ads, Twitter ads LinkedIn, Instagram etc. We have already started pointing them to check us out on GuideStar, Where we will shine for we have our Gold Seal and hopefully attract donors from all around the globe. Hopefully Network for Good, Benevity, Your Cause and Amazon Smiles will produce some donations to get enough to hire a tech to help us get on Google for Non Profits and get the $10,000 monthly google Ads grant. I know the President of a Non Profit for whom I Volunteered for in the past and he told me that Google Ads grant is free to all 501C.3 Non Profits but he had to hire someone to fill out the application towards Google for Non Profits & Google Ads. My previously mentioned friend told me his donations went from $200 to $23,000 monthly. That is our strategy for making it happen.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our capabilities are Outstanding so much so we have got the ball rolling by writing our capabilities on this platform GuideStar to take us to Gold then Platinum and well the rest I explained on previous question.
I just want to take a second and thank you GuideStar for helping out people with likewise spirits and goals which is living to serve our fellow brothers and sisters in need.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We are a fairly new organization and we are hungry not for food for justice, for someone to get of there rear ends and really do something about this horrible degenerative disease called Parkinson's, that someone! is Parkinson's Disease Research & Education Institute and we have been researching what we can ourselves and educating ourselves on all about Parkinson's and pass on the knowledge and everything we can assist in, medical or otherwise.
