FORTitude Teen Workshops

Our original series of teen workshops using evidence-led best practices in mindfulness and positive psychology have been created for teens to promote a positive sense of identity and well-being. They are designed to help teens that may be struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, loneliness, or depression ward off negative thoughts and teach the skills that will support a lifetime of positive mental health.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

The mission and goal of the Ryan Bartel Foundation is to prevent youth suicide through awareness, upstream educational programs and activities that support and empower youth and families through acceptance, connection, resiliency and hope.

Our goal is to foster a community of acceptance, compassion and resiliency where everyone feels connected and hopeful and has a will to live.

Our core values are:
Listening
Acceptance
Inclusion
Connection
Empowerment
Compassion

Our objectives are to break the stigma surrounding mental health through communications and positive outreach, to create a culture where everyone matters, to facilitate connections among youth and with trusted adults, to empower youth to seek help for themselves and to help others, to educate through evidence-based programs focused on teaching youth resiliency to better cope with life's challenges, and support youth activities that foster belonging and hope.

Further develop, expand, evolve and grow hands-on mental wellness and resiliency programs for youth and families that fill the gaps and needs in the community, as identified by our youth and complement and support current efforts in public schools and relevant community organizations.
