Five powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?

In 2016, our goals are to reach older adults to provide valuable resources and services, provide educational and wellness programs, and provide emergency pantry items to those in need.

* Develop outreach program to share resources and services in the community to help older adults.
* Research funding sources and develop campaign.
* Partner with SCSEP to help seniors with employment training and administrative support.
* Create volunteer initiative.
* Partner with community organizations to bring education and wellness programs to the area.
* Create an emergency pantry program to serve to those in needs.
* Reach out to community colleges for possible interns.
Our CEO has served seniors for years and has an array of knowledge in this field. She has worked with local businesses, organizations, and federal agencies in providing services to residents of Catholic Charities Senior Housing. Through this work and educational background, she has developed a strong ability to meet the needs of CMG clients.

We have purchased a software capable of tracking our progress.

We have made great strides in accomplishing our goals. We have a wonderful volunteer and have partnered with SCSEP for staff. We have helped dozens of adults in providing resources and services to help solve their issues. We have also published an on-line stress management course and have reached out to community providers and organizations to schedule educational programs in 2016.

We have applied for a grant to help fund our outreach program, Community Resources Outreach Program (CROP) and am awaiting for their decision.
