Mission

Our mission is to provide educational and emotional support to individuals in Kern County with Down syndrome from birth through school-age and their families and caregivers through programs to improve quality of life, health, and education.
Our programs are created by families, for families based on our community needs, skills, and efforts. We strive to meet the diverse needs of our community with the input and work of self-advocates, joined by their families and others.
