Pegasus Equine Guardian Association, PEGA, Is organized primarily to promote advocacy for and ensure proper welfare and stewardship of wild or abandon equine animals where ever they may be found but initially and specifically those equine animals that exist with in Fort Polk Louisiana Kisatchie National Forest.
