Below are a few strategies identified while we are building out our new plan for 2015-17. Contact us for details as we progress.

1. Create an Operations Fundraising Campaign
2. Participate in the Giving Day Dec. 1 and promote our charity partners
3. Set schedule for policy review with Governance Committee and adhere to expanding policy recommendations identified by accreditation.
4. Expand use of technology for grant making, scholarships, communicating with affiliates, promotion of social media and more

We have a 20 year history of existence with continued growth in giving.
Board leadership is becoming more and more engaged
Experience with Women's Giving Circle success in Newton, can be a model to expand

Operations Endowment provide 75% of annual operational budget
Build endowments through Giving Day by no less than $50,000

Our new plan is just beginning. Progress has included however intensive policy review and approval for submission June 2015 for re-accreditation via the Council on Foundations. We are inviting key partners, volunteers, donors and leaders to an inaugural GALA to celebrate 20 years of service. Have a committee for Giving Day ready to start planning in July.
