What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Valley Meals on Wheels, Inc.

Valley Meals on Wheels has been in continuous operation since 1975, delivering meals 365 days a year to clients in the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley. Hot meals and sack lunches are prepared and packaged by kitchen staff at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center under the supervision of the Food & Nutritional Service Director. Volunteers deliver the meals to seniors, home bound and those with special needs, providing many with the only daily contact they receive. The nutritious meals, safety checks and friendly visits help to fight hunger and isolation among the aged and home bound in the community.
