Nishimachi Foundation seeks financial support in the form of gifts, grants and contributions from individuals and corporations which are interested in assisting the Foundation's charitable programs. Most or all of such financial assistance is given to Nishimachi International School. Nishimachi International School was founded in 1949 with a mission to educate both Japanese and foreign students to be international and independent thinkers. The school's belief is that studying a second language provides the opportunity to grow beyond a single culture.
