Our programs

What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Jump Start

Jump Start is our Shared Emergency Transitional Housing Program. The mothers and their children are provided emergency housing for up to one year. During that time the mothers obtain employment within the first 30-60 days, receive intensive case management and peer recovery support, attend weekly support groups, start financial management to begin savings and credit repair, and continue to build their assets.

Population(s) Served

The New Directions Program supports the families by providing rental assistance for one year. During that time the mothers attend financial management workshops, home ownership training, career development and asset building.

Population(s) Served

Our Out and About program gives children an opportunity to participate in cultural and therapeutic activities that enhance family ties, build self-esteems and nurture social, emotional and educational development. The program provides opportunities for the children and their mothers to bond and develop healthy, caring relationships within the family structure.
