Our Ready to Respond program is a comprehensive mental health, substance abuse and HIV prevention program for African American women which includes testing, individual and group level interventions and Environmental Strategies. Geared to reduce the impact of HIV for African American women in rural Central Virginia, RTR works with women with addictive behaviors and a history of incarceration to reduce their risk of HIV and provides integrated services for those women and their families living with HIV.
