Locust Point Civic Association Inc

Mission

Founded in 1972, LPCA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization incorporated in the State of Maryland created to promote and protect the common interests of the residents of Locust Point.

The purposes of the Association are:
1. To promote and encourage cooperative spirit, neighborhood relations and participation in community affairs;
2. Actively inform, serve and represent residents’ interests in regard to civic and City events, laws, regulations, and safety;
3. Foster neighborhood pride, safety, beautification and monitor development activity; and
4. Honor and preserve the historic nature and serve as a repository for local information.
