What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
APP educates its members and the public through publications, research papers, the Internet, and public and private programs. APP publishes weekly the Asia Policy Calendar that reviews events, news, research, and opinion regarding Japan and Northeast Asia. APP also hosts a private study group, The Asia Group, for women Asia security professionals. JIAP (Japan Information Access Project) remains as a program at APP to focus on Japan research.
