What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Futures Program

The Futures Program addresses the critical workforce shortage of trained and compassionate practitioners in the post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) setting. The program offers advanced practitioners the opportunity to explore careers available to care for this frail and medically complex population. Practitioners getting started in their PALTC career benefit not only from the experience from seasoned professionals/mentors, but access to a series of continuing educational opportunities, credentialing and professional resources.
