Mission

Glorystar Children's Chorus provides excellent music education to children and youth (5-18 years old) with a rich repertoire of East Asian and Western music. GCC celebrates our Asian cultural heritage and creates an inclusive and enriching learning environment for singers to build connections within our community. Goals Inspire the joy of singing with family, friends, and audiences. Foster team spirit through collaboration, discipline, responsibility, and respect. Choral Music Education

Glorystar Children's Chorus provides music training to more than 100 choristers ages 5 to 18, concluding with public performances both at home (Montgomery County) and away. The choristers are divided in four singing groups according to age and music knowledge: Prima, Dolce, Cantabile, Concert, and Chamber choirs. The music training includes vocal techniques, music theory, sight reading, ear training, music appreciation & interpretation, and choral harmony.
