Girls' Postsecondary Education Program

Supports post secondary scholarships for young women from indigent families. Education/training scholarships are offered in nursing, midwifery & primary school teaching, and university educations. Since 2010, FBF has supported 216 scholarships. 98% of scholarship recipients have either completed their education/training or are currently in school.

An agricultural project led by a retired government agricultural agent. Focus: improvement of farming production among indigent villagers by the use of organic fertilizers, improved farming techniques and improved rice, corn and soy seeds. Has worked with 250 villagers in nine villages in south central Burkina Faso.
