What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

The Counterterrorism & Security Education and Research Foundation provides funds for the following:

1. An annual terrorism trends and forecast meeting that focuses on the central importance of staying abreast of new terrorist threats and emerging issues for the counterterrorism community
2. Regional meetings and seminars held in different cities throughout the year that brings Foundation members together for briefings and discussions of terrorism-related security issues of continuing concern.
3. Terrorism-related security training programs for security professionals and private industry on such topics as cyberterrorism, terrorist attacks on US critical infrastructure and overseas facilities, weapons of mass destruction, bomb threats, narco-terrorism, terrorist networks, and the protection against murder and kidnapping of Americans abroad.
4. Counterterrorism and security scholarship programs to reward promising students and researchers in the field of counterterrorism.
5. Legal and Humanitarian Funds programs for the families of terrorist victims.
6. The Journal of Counterterrorism & Security International, a quarterly magazine that is internationally respected and dedicated to providing the counterterrorism community with the latest security developments in education, training, and technology.
7. Counterterrorism Reports, a bi-monthly newsletter that covers the issues of greatest concern to the counterterrorism and security community.
8. A Web site for Counterterrorism Professionals, www.iacsa world internet leader on counterterrorism and security containing electronic publications and articles, events, issues, contacts, a directory of who's who in counterterrorism, and technology news is available to Foundation members.
8. Special publications, reports, studies, and an Annual Counterterrorism Calendar are specifically prepared and published for the counterterrorism and security community. All publications and materials are made available to Foundation members at reduced costs.

Publishes the quarterly magazine, Journal of Counterterrorism & Security International, and bi-monthly newsletter; an annual seminar and educational workshops on counterterrorism; advocacy for counterterrorism awareness and the prevention of terrorism on our homeland and in other countries; educational material for schools and businesses. We sponsor an international conference each year, usually held in Washington, DC, and have a variety of support and counterterrorism programs directed at the public and at local, state and federal government agencies, educational organizations, and private organizations.
