JSSA Programs

JSSA is a nonprofit health and human service agency that has been helping individuals and families in Montgomery County, Maryland and Northern Virginia meet emotional, social, and physical challenges for more than 120 years. JSSA serves and supports more than 31,000 children, adolescents, families, adults, seniors, and Holocaust survivors annually through a wide range of services, including mental health, disability employment, care management, in-home support, and hospice care.

JSSA’s team of skilled, compassionate social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, care managers, employment specialists, caregivers, and nurses work in close collaboration with healthcare providers, school staff and other professionals to provide a holistic approach to health and well-being.

While JSSA’s approach to care is rooted in the Jewish values of repairing the world and helping others, we are a nonsectarian organization and provide services to people of all faiths.
