Programs and results
What we aim to solve
There is a lack of independent, biblical based training for people called to serve children in the local church.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Children's Ministry Conference (CMConference)
The CMConference exists as a non-publisher-centric training and development program for people called to serve children in their local church.
Online Community
Our ministry began as a social network. We now call it CMNetwork, or children's ministry network. It is a free place to share and exchange best practices and ideas about serving children and families in ministry.
Training Programs
Our ministry participates in a myriad of online and local training programs for children's ministry leaders.

Goals & Strategy
Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.
Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our ultimate goal is to disciple this generation of children by developing leaders of leaders who are willing and able to take a knee and teach a child about the love of Jesus.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our strategies for accomplishing these goals hinge on our ability to connect, serve and advance indigenous leaders. We provide free trainings through our podcast, CMNow. We created a conference for training children's ministry leaders. Our online network, CMNetwork, provides free tools and opportunities to self-learn and connect with others with great ideas and experience in ministry. Finally, our CMJournal, a new project, aims to provide un-biased articles and reviews of materials available for teachers and leaders in churches everywhere.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our organization began as a social network. The online community we developed is a great resource and allows us to reach many of our goals. Our passionate volunteer staff team is also a vital part of our capability to meet our goals.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have accomplished a great deal since rebranding in 2014. Our conference, podcast and journal have all been launched and are growing. In August of 2016, we were able to establish a new office space with room to grow our staff team.
We are, however, still struggling in many areas. We are working to increase our program offerings and desire to create more free training opportunities for those who can not afford conference travel and attendance. Our team is very small and we are limited in the number of hours available to take on new projects.
Once we are able to raise some additional funding, we will be able to bring on additional staff to lift some of the work load. This will propel us further down the road in seeing these challenges met.
