What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
College Scholarships
College scholarships for students at Saint Paul's High School and Sacred Heart High School. Each year 1-4 students are selected from the graduating senior class. Criteria include a written application, community involvement, financial need and academic achievement. The process consists of submitting a written application and participating in a personal interview with members of the Board.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
To create educational opportunities for graduating high school seniors at Sacred Heart High School in Waterbury, CT.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
To identify students who, in our opinion, will make a difference in the world. This can be because of special interests, a combination of academic and outside accomplishments or simply because of having a positive impact on other students.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We require written applications from all applicants and subsequently select about 50% of these applicants for face to face interviews. We also require all recipients to maintain minimum G.P.A.s of 2.5 and they are also required to forward their transcripts to the Foundation at the end of each semester.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We continue to monitor the success of our recipients during their college years and even after they graduate. We offer help with resume preparation, interviewing strategies, career choices and business contacts.
