Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

-The preservation of green space in a dynamic urban environment as a means to enhance quality of life, increase property value and support the growth of the city.
-Transforming vacant and/or blighted properties into more visually attractive spaces.
-When possible, making preserved spaces useful, active spaces.
-Forming partnerships with like-minded groups and organizations to educate citizens, promote resiliency within the city, and support projects that complement our mission.

We prioritize property acquisitions based on its preservation value and location. Those on major thoroughfares in our city or in areas that can benefit from reinvestment are prioritized.

We form partnerships with like-minded groups and organizations to educate citizens, promote resiliency within the city, and support projects that complement our mission.

We acquired our first property in 2001 and currently have over 4.5 million in assets. We have strong partnerships with our City leaders, civic groups, businesses, and other nonprofit organizations.

We currently own 21 unique properties throughout the city.
