Sno-King Community Chorale Program

The Sno-King Community Chorale is a large (90 member) mixed voice adult choir serving King and Snohomish County residents. Membership is open to anyone who shares our vision of fostering individual musical growth, bringing joyful concert experiences to our audiences, and building an appreciation for the many forms of music. We seek to present challenging, diverse musical literature and maintain a tradition of choral excellence as we perform a variety of music genres including classical, jazz, traditional, gospel, and holiday music, Broadway musicals and works by contemporary composers. Under the direction of Artistic Director, Dustin Willetts, we typically perform at the Edmonds Center for the Arts in Edmonds, Washington; Trinity Lutheran Church in Lynnwood, Washington; and other venues in the Puget Sound area. Our members have also performed at Benaroya Hall in Seattle, Washington; McIntyre Hall in Mount Vernon, Washington; the Wine and Jazz Festival in Vancouver, Washington; Carnegie Hall in New York City; the Alta Pusteria Music Festival in Italy; as well as touring in Austria and Germany. We collaborate with other choirs in the Puget Sound region including the Kulshan Chorus and the Cantabile Chamber Choir.

Charitable contributions help reduce our dependence on ticket sales and build a more reliable and sustainable revenue stream to support our programming. We seek to offer a greater number of free or reduced-price tickets, increase scholarships for low income chorale members, increase the number of free community performances, and elevate the artistic quality of our productions by engaging professional instrumentalists. As a non-audition community chorale, we truly take our mission to heart and strive to keep ticket prices affordable for our audiences and keep membership fees low to make choral participation affordable for our members.
