Mission
Our mission is to provide access to free and affordable comprehensive health care, preventative care, dental services, and pharmaceuticals to the Fairfield West community of Huntington and the surrounding areas. We recognize health care as a basic right, and it is our belief that all people are entitled to quality care.

Primary Care Clinic
Ebenezer Medical Outreach is primarily a primary care clinic, providing regular healthcare to individuals lacking health insurance and within 300% of the federal poverty level.
Pharmacy
Ebenezer Medical Outreach offers prescription assistance programs providing no-cost medication to patients who qualify. There is a $3 fee for each prescription filled to cover supplies such as bottles, vials, labels, and bags.
Dental Clinic
Ebenezer Medical Outreach offers a dental care program for established patients of the clinic. Dental primary care is provided in our clinic. The program is staffed by volunteer dentists.
Outreach Programs
Ebenezer Medical Outreach offers three outreach programs.
1) Save Our Sisters: Promotes women's health by providing education about gynecological cancers, such as cervical and ovarian cancer, and breast cancer.
2) CRUSAIDS: Provides education and prevention for HIV/AIDS. Ebenezer Medical Outreach offers free testing at CRUSAIDS events.
3) My Brother's Keeper: Promotes men's health by providing education regarding prostate health and other diseases of concern for men.
