Breaking the cycle of poverty
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Crisis Assistance
Providing utility and rental assistance for families and individuals at risk for disconnection or homelessness.
Client Choice Pantry
The Client Choice Pantry is stocked with canned goods, fresh bread, meat, dairy products, and fresh produce. This allows clients to select the food their family needs instead of receiving pre-packed grocery boxes. Giving clients the opportunity to "shop" gives them the dignity of choosing what their family needs and likes.
Our pantry serves over 3,000 families per year.
NETworx
NETworX is a program to measurably reduce poverty at its holistic core, not through well-doing for others, but through well-being together. NETworX is individuals and communities seeking together to build intentional relationships through education and love of neighbor as well as love of self.
Senior Companion Program
Taking care of Seniors in our community is important to us. We pair Seniors with a "companion" who gets to know their grocery needs. The Companion then shops for their Senior in our Client Choice Pantry and delivers those groceries to their home.
We also offer food boxes and Christmas gift baskets to seniors in our community.
Substance Use Support Program
Providing Mooresville residents with Peer Support, recovery groups, education, and treatment and mental health sponsorships.
Case Managment
Case management is the collaborative process of meeting a client’s health and human service needs. It involves assessing a client’s needs, creating a plan, implementing the agreed-upon plan, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and evaluating options for adjustment when needed.
