Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our main goals are:
- to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for underrepresented communities
- to partner with organizations that serve underrepresented communities through unique and sustainable solutions
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Currently to serve our goals we have developed the following strategies:
- Partnered with Reframe It a social enterprise to address human capital gaps for social enterprises
- developed Startups Inclusion Program to help underrepresented women and minority entrepreneurs
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have developed a cool product called CrowdDoing which uses technology to connect skilled-volunteers with social innovations. We solve problems & provide opportunities for two customers: 1) with help from our volunteers, we scale social enterprises (SEs) to address social, environmental, & economic problems to achieve UN's SDGs, 2) we provide unique service-learning to our volunteers.
Highlights of what our volunteers have achieved & delivered:
-Developed Social Impact Report for a Social Enterprise called Arcicomoto to raise $20 million on Nasdaq IPO! (first time in US history skilled volunteers contributed to such an event)

- UN gave us permission to connect their volunteers to Social Enterprises to achieve SDGs. (we are the first nonprofit to get such permission!)
Impressive partners are helping us to develop a Pre-IPO services for SEs.
We use various tech platforms and products, including one we are developing for our other program called "ASI Inclusion Program" to use a comprehensive assessment (based on an innovative early-stage startups/social enterprises assessment) to scale our operations and out-reach. This will allow us to direct our resources and support services to high-growth, high-impact ventures.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
In the next 6 months:
We are planning to collaborate with impressive partners such as W H Hambrecht (https://wrhambrecht.com/) to develop a Pre-IPO services for SEs (in fact our first pilot with them, Arcimoto, a social enterprise that raised $20 million is on their website)
We are also in negotiation with Indiegogo's Social Innovation Director to provide services to help Social enterprises raise private funds. We are planning on expanding our use of technology to scale our support-services for social enterprises while partnering with disadvantaged community colleges to provide volunteer service-learning for their underrepresented students. This will give an advantage to those students in the job market.
In the next 2 years: We are planning on completing our internal and comprehensive assessment platform to increase speed and efficiency of our services for all our programs.
