Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

The Boyer Project at oneblue aims to foster a bi-partisan environment in Congress by addressing the need for Members to have discourse around legislation, pre-legislation, and pressing issues around US policies and lawmaking. Oneblue will use war-gaming and simulation exercises to provide data around constituent behaviors and opinions around legislation in an effort to gather data for better decision-making. And in this process, it hopes to increase discussion and engagement in an increasingly polarized atmosphere.

Onoeblue is conducting a pilot in the a US state that will have a Town Hall format mixed with a Workshop session that uses conflict resolution and game theory methods to train constituents on improving critical thinking and robust dialogue around legislation. This will culminate in a White Paper that the Legislator can use to assess outcomes around bills and laws.

1. Expertise in Conflict Resolution and Mediation
2. Access to leglislative analysts who can research bills and provide nuanced approaches to the Project
3. An understanding of communications tools and skills
4. Familiarity with current events in the nation's capitol
5. A technical team that can integrate all aspects of virtual and in-person engagement
6. The ability to run a workshop with a hybrid attendance model (virtual and in-person simultaneous participation and interaction)

Oneblue has successfully secure the support from a lawmaker who believes in the strategy and mission of The Boyer Project. A one-page concept has now culminated into a business process map that outlines an execution plan. Oneblue had secured its analysts and its strategy and is now working on researching the pilot for showcasing with for members of Congress.
