What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

The Civil Law Project provides direct legal advice and court representation to victims that are referred to it primarily through the main DV program which serves over 5,000 DV victims every year. Interviews are conducted by CLP attorneys at an office in the confidential shelter facility, which is particularly helpful for victims in immediate crisis staying in the shelter. Cases for court representation are accepted in accordance with formal case acceptance guidelines.
