What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
HOME
HOME provides permanent housing for those living with mental illness. Located in Anderson and Oconee counties, there is a close partnership with Anderson-Oconee-Pickens Mental Health Center. All residents work closely with our case workers, who ensure that prescriptions are filled and provides transportation for basic services when needed. This program is designed for those who are single, have been homeless and are referred from mental health.
HAL
HAL (Home at Last) provides permanent housing for adults and families dealing with disabilities. The program serves those in Oconee, Anderson, and Pickens counties that have been homeless.
Youth Transitional Housing
Getting our youth who are experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness off the streets, and into stable housing gives these individuals an opportunity to completely change the course of their futures and become happy, healthy, and thriving members of our Upstate community.
