Mission

Bolder Giving inspires and supports people to give boldly of their time, talents and money to address the societal and environmental ills and injustices that they care most deeply about.  Individuals and families can determine their full lifetime giving potential using the resources found on boldergiving.org.  They can also read inspiring vignettes or watch video clips about 100+ individuals who have chosen to give boldly in their lifetimes, some giving 50% or more of their income, wealth, or business profits, to make this world a better place for all.  One-on-one coaching is available, and Bolder Giving resources have been used by philanthropic advisors, wealth counselors, and staff members of community foundations, donor networks, and grantmaking groups across the nation.  Featured in the Chronicle on Philanthropy, in Worth Magazine, People Magazine, National Public Radio and the ABC and CBS Evening News programs, Bolder Giving is setting a new 'normal' for philanthropic giving.  No longer is the usual 2-3% of income considered 'normal.'  Indeed, Bolder Givers are everywhere, telling their stories, inspiring thousands of people to make their giving a lived expression of their values and their purposes in life.
