To provide the tools for families of The Villages of East Lake and students of the Charles R. Drew Charter School education pipeline to build a better life for themselves and future generations through education, mixed-income housing and community wellness.

The East Lake Foundation (ELF) serves as the lead organization and engages a network of Foundation-run programs and integral partnerships to transform place and build promise.

The Resident and Community Support Program (RCSP) offers resources and support to residents of The Villages of East Lake mixed-income housing community, with an emphasis on economic stability and community engagement.

As part of the cradle-to-college pipeline, Drew’s College and Career Readiness Office offers educational and emotional support for students and families.
